Hello, I’m Vanessa Pruitt and I live with my husband and sons in the heartland of Nebraska. I feel extremely blessed to be able to stay home with my children, and take my “work” as a stay-at-home-mom seriously. As I write this, with the exception of a few short months, I’ve been either nursing or pregnant since October of 2005! That’s a total of three pregnancies, if you’re doing the math. I´m also in the process of completing ToLabor Doula Training courses.

I’ve been writing about health and natural remedies since 2005, before my oldest child was born. I began writing freelance in 2008 and wrote an eBook in 2009 on the topic of Internet Marketing. In addition to Bella Online, I also have published articles at EzineArticles, Associated Content, Hubpages, and Squidoo.

I am passionate about Pregnancy and Birth because of it’s impact on women’s lives. Nine months is a long time, and the way a woman experiences her pregnancy and the birth of her baby has the potential to deeply transform her.
