The Six Stages of Nutrition - Stage #6 Elimination

The final stage of nutrition is the efficient and complete elimination of toxins and waste from your body. This is essential to good health. And, since elmination begins at the cellular level, just like assimilation, it requires a healthy cell membrane.

In order for you to eliminate the waste products from your trillions of cells, your cellular plasma membrane must be flexible, healthy and resilient. This is not the case with most people in our society. And when cell membranes become rigid and inflexible (caused by inadequate cellular nutrition), the toxic waste cannot get out of your cells. For good cellular elimination, you need a complete and balanced profile of amino acids plus high quality lipids and sterols. For an effective supplement to help your cells function most efficiently, go to www.omega-3.us.

After toxic waste materials leave your cells, they are then eliminated from your body through various organs, such as your kidneys (urine), your colon (feces), your skin (sweat) and your lungs (exhaled breath in the form of carbon dioxide). For these steps to go smoothly, you must drink lots of pure clean water, eat plenty of fiber-rich food or include a fiber supplement in your diet, and you need to get regular aerobic exercise. But, keep in mind that elimination begins at the cellular level.

And also remember that, just as all the nutrients used by your body are utilized in specific combinations, all six stages of nutrition are interrelated. Each stage is dependant on the success of the previous one. And each stage influences the next step. All the necessary nutrients must be available when needed for this intricate process to occur optimally. And there is only one company that addresses all six stages of nutrition. For long term buoyant, vibrant health, your best source of nutritional supplements can be found at www.feel-better.info.
